What pupils need to do when they come across difficult science papers

Pupils need to:
Go beyond the facts and the final answers.

Recalling facts, concept and keywords

- still important

But…
Must be able to apply logic and reasoning to answer thinking skills-based questions.

Get the facts right.

Go beyond the school textbook.

Study all P3 to P6 topics.

Look for links and connections.

Know what the question is looking for.

Analyse scenarios carefully.

Apply science to real life.
